You are absolutely right, it will happen to some degree mostly the young even the educated ones will be effected.
More will have to live together to share the expensive.

This country has been heading this direction for a long time. Our society has been brainwashed that USA will manage the world and the rest will produce the products we buy.

The only ones that benefit are the ultra rich and a very few others.

FACT: No country can survive unless they produce the products that their own society can buy.

The one thing that saved the USA during the Depression in the 1920's was we manufactured products that we could also buy.
The USA until the early 80's manufactured 75-85 %of all goods consumed in the world. Today less then 20%.

We are exporting more good paying jobs to cheaper wage countries and importing cheap labor here. Because, again we have been brainwashed to think we only have to manage and anything below that is beneath us to do.

What is going on in our economy housing, manufacturing job losses is only the beginning. The last bubble never regained what it lost and either will this bubble.

We are the only first world country heading to be third world,
that we will suceed at.
But, that might not be to bad as the USA does need to get are a reality check on where this country is heading. Think about it.

Illegal immigrants aside- and like it or not - our country already is that way....
Our cost of living is always increasing....the pay-rate of the business that I'm in hasn't changed since 1982- minimum wage went up a whopping amount didn't it?

The developers and Mortgage companies are making billions on all the land they are sucking up -- all these problems were here way before there was an illegal immigration issue - fortunately- the illegals came along just in time to get the blame for all of it.

If the American people and especially the government can
point a finger at someone or something else- then we the people and our peoples government don't have to take responsibility for it.

It's all very irrational and childish.

That about sums up the whole issue with illegals, other than the "where are they going to live" part. They drive down the wages. They help their "masters" get richer. They live in crazy conditions. They hurt the economy. They will live in a tent if they have to, because minimum wage or less is way more then they could make in their own country.

They don't care what you think. They just want a better life, for the most part. Can't blame them too much for that. If I was in their boat, I would do the same thing. Doesn't make it right. It's just survival. We need to enforce our laws so that they don't have the desire to come here.

The key is going after the greedy employers. If people would stop hiring them, they would not be able to stay here.

I think so because employers will become more greedy and refuse to pay americans what the jobs are worth so illegals will takeover all jobs and we will be screwed. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. We will look like a third world country but pro-illegals dont understand that. its only a matter of time if the illegal immigration isnt stopped. its common sense. So illegals will destroy this country as they did their own then they will move on to canada.

Yeah. I guess it will start with the final destruction of labor unions, the only co-ops that fight for workers' rights.

Corporatization is praised by the right as the ultimate good.

The unions say better to organize them into the union movement than to force them deeper into the underground economy. My union just had an organizer deported as an illegal immigrant.

The question is how to deal with them. And the best way I can see is to enforce the laws already on the books against the farmers, ranchers, contractors and burger joints that hire them.

It is the corporations shipping jobs out of this country, not the illegal immigrants stealing them that is the economic problem in this country.

Let us address this issue and quit scapegoating the poor bastards trying to survive. Not to diminish the problem of illegal immigrants. But they don't seem to be the cause of the problems you state.

The people you know can not be LEGAL. To get a work visa to work in the States you have to have higher qualifications, or highly needed skills. People in this position do not live in one room with their whole family.

If you're really that worked up over a lack of living space, I suggest you drive 100 miles in any direction that doesn't put you in an ocean or another country.

You'll see plenty of living space.

We will never allow illegal immigrants to enter this country.
And if that ever happened and we ran out of room, we would steal another country's land and call it U.S.A.

We have a problem with illegal immigration that many do not see. Even if we make them legal it is a problem as you show in some parts.

From the perspective of the True Native Americans just about everybody here is a descendant of an illegal immigrant. I don't recall the pilgrims asking any body's permission to enter this country.
