I recently began using Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave in Conditioner with Nutritive Fruit Micro-oils...it works better than the anti-humidity version although depending on how curly/wavy your hair is you may need to straighten it to get the desired look.

It makes your hair shiny and weighs it down so it looks healthier than most straightened hair. Usually when you use a straightening iron your hair looks very dry...when you use this you can't tell whether your hair is naturally straight.

1. Any shampoo that fits you
2. Nice & Easy conditioning treatment. That comes in hairdye kits that is now sold separetely. Its a small blue tube, sold in Hairdye aisle.
3. Blow dry it
4. If you want it straight, straighten it with Chi flat iron. It is expensive ($120-200) but its so worth it. If you want it wavy or curly skip this
5. Hair serum. I use Biosilk and it keeps it smooth and down longer.

I do this daily, and i have been for several years. It literally transforms my hair from a mop into a gorgeous flippy mane. lol

P.S. Flat irons make a huge difference on your hair. my hair never knots when its ironed with Chi.

Try "Dove Shampoo" and "Garnier Fructis Style Sleek and Shine Anti-Humidity Styling Cream". Shower with Dove Shampoo, and after you're done showering and have damp hair, use the "Garnier Fructis Style Sleek and Shine Anti-Humidity Styling Cream" on your hair(follow the instructions on the Garnier stuff) and then blow dry. It works for me, I hope it does for you........

plenty of conditioner and don't wash it out. Use creams which don't need washing out. I can recomend Gliss cur, Elseve and Pantene for damaged hair. You need a heavy and oily conditioner. Wash your hair near the roots, don't touch the ends. I like Gliss cur express conditioner, use it after common conditioner, not instead.

Use Sunsilk Shampoo and Conditioner, and straighten it and blow dry it.
