Either you marry someone with a sister she would become your sister in law or if you have a brother and he marries a woman, she would become your sister in law.

Your brother would have to marry. That would give you a sister-in-law. If your sister marries her husband would be your brother-in-law.
Their children would be your nieces and nephews.
