i always see in dream if some thing bad is coming in life, but its never clear that what its going to be and from where it is coming, so the only effect is that it worries and i remain upset till the day i get it. eg if someone is going to harm me i use to have dreams about dogs biting me. i want to stop it now, i dont want to live in fears.PLZ HELP ME

Do not let them control you. You can control your dreams.
You must put yourself into a peaceful state of mind before you sleep. This sounds dumb, if I am overly worried I think of a happy song that I can barely remember. I try to remember all the words. Since I am already tired, the more I go over it in my head, it becomes foremost in my mind I forget the worrisome thing and fall asleep. As for the dogs, I realize in many nations(like India) dogs are bad things that stalk the streets and are mean at times. Here in America, I have 2 cute, kind and gentle dogs who I love very much. Go to Youtube or some other video site and type in " cute dog ".
Watch dogs playing with children, watch them snuggling up to kittens. Change the way you see dogs. You have to take back your dreams. Doing positive things in your waking hours will improve your sleeping hours.
Also, if you really want to try something drastic?
Read a book about " LUCID DREAMING ".
It may sound silly at first but, it does work.
Just read some testimonials and try it.
YOU must, I can't say this enough, TAKE control over your life and dreams.
