Her experience includes in factory work: Build & inspect PC Panels, audit PC Panel parts, Feeder on a J machine, Packer, Inspection, knows how to operate a tow motor and could easily get a new licience for it again. So does anyone have any ideas for a short JOB OBJECTIVE sentence.

Try something like..."My job objective is to obtain full time employment in the or assembly industry where my skills and experience will benefit both my employer and myself."

The "objective" sentence is only for generally stating what type of job you hope to get. Leave the specific job skills to another part of the resume.
Best of luck.

No need for an objective on a resume. This has become obsolete.

There are many sites on the Web that can help you in this area. And why can't your mother write her own resume? Is she illiterate or something? And frankly, you had better learn proper grammar and spelling because if you make as many errors on her (your) resume as you made here, she/you is not likely to be hired.
