Its not easy; you'll need to spend many hours 'in the books' and studying all by your lonesome.
If you want a B.S. degree in EE, you will need to go to a college for 4 or more years. A two year technical degree isn't quite the same, but can be used to obtain jobs as a 'technician', but its the engineer that they're looking for now-a-days.

Its just another subject
As u have studied in school and inter coll
But this electrical engineering ur going to implement practically after u get job in electrical company.
I guess its easy.

get an apprenticeship ? you could do thin sandwich course while earning money or one day a week depending on skill level
but 1st you should pay more attention to what you type
