Nothing makes your nails or hair grow faster! During the summer months it grows a bit more than in winter but no vitamin or mineral can make it grow faster or look better. The food and vitamin regimen you have right now is perfect and a great way to get into the habit of being healthy. I commend you and the attention you pay to your overall health!

i think everything you are taking should be fine except when you try to add the prenatal vitamins. you should NOT take both multivitamins and prenatal ones. more is not better so taking two could certainly do more harm than good. some vitamins & minerals are excreted from the body easily like vitamin c so they could not build up. however others build up in the body, such as copper & others & this could cause health problems. so take one or the other but not both.
since you mentioned prenatal vitamins i wonder if you are pregnant or considering getting pregnant? if this is the case, you want to be sure to get enough of is folic acid. most regular multivitamins would have folic acid but the prenatal vitamins would have more which would be to your benefit.
If possible you would want to take the folic acid & take this 6 months prior if possible. i hope this helps.

I will give you the best secret , and its a FOOD , Bee Royal Products is the company, get your self taking fresh royal jelly.

Fresh royal jelly has the highest concentration of pantothenic acid naturally. It grows hair and nail's and promotes beautiful skin. I large jar sound pricey but it really is not, it lasts you 5-6 months so its about 1.50 per day that is not bad at all.

I would request info from this company they are very helpful. I have incredible hair and it was falling out before I started taking royal jelly. Good Luck

If ALIVE is a multivitamin it probably contains folic acid-- this is the important ante natal vitamin . Too much vitamin A and D are toxic.

Folic acid 400mcg daily
