he's already your boyfriend and u dont know if its ok? that means you didn't even discuss it with her, right? that part isn't ok... you need to talk to her about it... at least show a little respect.. i'd do anything for a best friend again... why would you even try to mess that up... he's a dude that prolly wont be around for a long time.. she's your best friend... who's probably been around a lot longer... when u and that guy break up... who's gonna comfort you? not your best friend unless you make sure its ok with her. doesnt BEST friend sound better than BOY.... she's there for u.. so u be there for her and treat her right. good luck hon

I wont lie to u.My x husband (married 5 years) Before his death. He past away of a heart attack suddenly. We had both known his best friend many years before we married.Once my x died, about a Lil over a year later,I ran into his best friend. We were always close kinda,(never cheated,Mind or body) but when I ran into him,Its like we started talking and within 6 months,I knew,, he was the one.I been with him a Lil over 8 years now.And wouldn't change a thing. And both of us to this day still miss my X Hun.So as the other guy said,,Its common.Don't fret it..It happens. If U were cheating on him before hand,Id say it was wrong.ts not exactly Ur situation, But they were still best friends. I hope this helps ease Ur mind a Lil.And as long as it does not cause problems with ur X I wouldnt worry about it.But also sit down and think about why she got rid of him..Because its something to ponder..

Everyone here is saying "If your Best Friend is Ok with it, then yeah". But that is not techincally true. Girls are surrouned constantley by Drama. She might say "its OK" but really you should wait to REALLY find out if its Ok. You know what I mean? There has got to be a waiting period in there somewhere. Its like a Man Law, except for Women...

Always should have gone to her before pursuing anything with him, but depends on what level she's on now and who dumped who. If she's moved on and happy then it'll be okay. If he dumped her she may say it's okay but some issues probably will come out of it sooner or later.

Most women/ladies/girls/young ladies don't date some guy that anyone that they are remotely close to has gone out with. Its really not a good practice, and the fact that you're on here asking whether its kosher or not, indicates to me that you aren't entirely comfortable with it.
