Sure, but they aren't doing boob jobs.

Most of them who do work like that do it for accident or burn victims, along the lines of reconstructive surgery.

There are certain occasions where surgeons may help those who have no access to hedical care, but this usually occurs in very special unique situations.
Most of these surgeons do the work outside the US.
