I am selling my '05 (10,000 miles) Toyota Corolla, having bought it from Carmax.
In general, would the factory warranty still be active for the new buyer?
Thanks!!!!!!

Yes. Toyotas have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty from the day the car was first sold. The remaining warranty will apply to the next owner.

God Bless you...

Yes, the remaining manufacturer's warranty will still be valid. If the Toyota had a 3yr/36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper, then it would be whatever is left of that, dating back to when the vehicle first entered service--meaning the date when it was first sold.

Yes. Basic factory warranty is transferred automatically. Extended usually requires some "fee".
