For my cheat pizza I use flour tortillas, sprayed on each side with Pam. Then load them up with the toppings.

PITTA BREAD........layer some pasta sauce ontop, grated cheese, diced up leftover saucege, or chicken, or sliced up deli meat(ham, or turkey), tomatoes, green pepper, (whatever you choose) about 8min in oven. keep an eye on them.

Bagels....you can do the same .as above to make a mini pizza

english muffins

English muffins work well. You could use bagels, but be careful of the hole in the center. Sometimes, in a crunch, just plain old toast will do the trick. As long as you have enough sauce and cheese and other toppings, you won't care that it's not on French bread, or a regular pizza crust.

i sometimes use foccaccia bread, or english muffins, but try it with a frozen roti chanai. nice and flaky!
