How can I stop my next door neighbour from using their lawn as THEIR toilet - just what you want to see when you pop out for some fresh air. It really wasn't pretty - at least you can throw water with vinigar in it to deter cats

HAHAHAHA! I love the answers you're getting! Cat owners are a particularly vindictive lot aren't they!!!
I used some sickly smelling pellets. They looked just like fruit gums which you dropped every 3 feet or so around the area you wanted to keep free of cat doo-doo - and I can't for the life of me remember what on earth they were called, but they were bleepin' brilliant! They not only stopped the neighbourhood cats from digging up my garden, they stopped MY cat digging it up too (double whammy for the neighbours and serve them jolly well right!).
Thanks for the laugh though! I needed that..... LOL!

You cannot. I have been trying for years to get the neighbors Lab from using my lawn as it's personal toilet. I would trade in a heartbeat!

One thing that does the job for my parents by stopping neighbours cats peeing on there garden is a bottle full of water.
Works perfectly for my parents.

Mow your grass. Cats like to poop in taller grass and don't like to do it in short because it's impossible to even pretend to cover it up.
Make sure you're not mistaking possum or raccoon poop for cat poop. Both those are smellier. The possum poop will be full of seeds, and the raccoon poop will be a fairly large pile. Both animals get ignored when people think it's cats doing the dirty deed, and it may not be cats at all.

You can buy some cat repellent at a garden center and spread it on the lawn.

Get someone to hold the cat down while you take a dump on it! If you dont like deficating outside or in your own garden, then buy a couple of morsels of lion poo and scatter that about.

It basically works in case you connect a squirter desirable and spray the cats each and every time they arrive close to! yet then you could desire to be living house and on the seem-out 24/7. removing the mess and changing it with citrus peel will deter them yet they'll locate someplace else to clutter. have you ever tried considered one of those digital instruments that emits a extreme-frequency sound? they do in comparison to that
