the government, They waste most of the money that they can get their hands on. Like an agency of the us government hiring consultants at hundreds of thousands of dollars, When they have people in those agencies that can do the consultants job. Or congress spending billions of dollars by attaching appropriations to a bill that are just pet projects to get votes in the next election. Senator Byrd of West Virginia has gotten dozens of interstates built through is state. He also got money to build all new buildings in West Virginia for the FBI so they can move to there and out of Washington DC. They never wanted those buildings in West Virginia and Byrd got a bill passed making them use those new buildings, but they are having a hard time figuring out who to man them as none of the FBI wants to move there and they don't want to purchase duplicate equipment like computers and office equipment for those buildings. That's just 1 Senator.
