i hate that my wrists are so skinny. what can i do to make them bigger (exercises to build up muscles or something)

It's not a stupid question. But unfortunately, there's nothing to be done about it. your wrists are pretty much bones and ligaments, not muscles.

try lifting weights do it every day keep weight on your hands everyday could try arm weights you can get them at walmarts and any other store like that besure to eat right ware the arm weights for a few months take them off only when you have too and you should build some muscle in your rist and arms but your going to have to stick to it muscle building takes time

just buy a set of dumbbells

rest your arms on a table with your wrists at the end(your palms facing the ceeling)

grab the dumbbell and pull your wrist towards your self

yup, it's a stupid question and ya can't really fix stupid.

your wrists are as they are, it's genetic, suggest you wear some sort of wrist cover up if you don't like looking at them, they are yours and yours for life.

get botox in your wrists. lol.
just be happy that you dont have fat wrists.
