My boyfriend has a cold, and now I feel one coming on. Is there anyways I can stop it?

if you use zicam, it should help shorten the duration of your cold. To avoid further colds, wash your hands frequantly, and (I know it sounds crazy) clean your doorknobs and light switches.

You MUST be very germ conscience! WASH YOUR HANDS every 15 minutes and after touching anything of his..especially his body! NO SMOOCHING1 Ican't guarantee no cold for you,but as aR.C.A. Ilearnt all this stuff. take care!

you can decrease the symptoms and shorten the duration by using Zicam nasal swabs according to package directions.
