Well usually your body alone burns 1300 calories a day without exercise, and if you exercise it burns about an extra 500 to 600 calories. So your at a good weight so just keep doing what your doing.

Impossible to answer without knowing your gender, your BMR, your activity level . . . et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. A person can be 15, 5'3", 106 lbs, and burn 1200 and another person can be the same age, height, weight, and burn at least twice that. There is no universal standard for calorie consumption because there are too many variables. Metabolism alone will give you a different number from the next person -- and then, there is your lifestyle (how active you are). You would need to consider all of them to get an accurate answer.

you can't know exactly how much you lose because all of us has different things to do. It matters on your activity. And you also burn calories just doing things through out the day so you can't "know" how much you acually burn throughout the week

that depends entirely on your level of activity. Since you've said nothing about that, no one can answer your question.

Hon, it depends on how active you are, or aren't.
