When you are a mature adult. Must take certified classes, $$$ costly. Your vision is supposed to be clear, and able corrected by eyeglasses.
Some states allow it at age 16.
You will need to purchase auto insurance, gas funding, car maintenance.
Its a privilege not a right to drive a vehicle/motorcycle.

It depends where you live..
I live in British Columbia Canada and the age is 16 here. But in the next province, Alberta, you have to be 14.
Contact your local driving liscensing office, they will tell you!!!
