vanilla icecream topped with homemade plum jelly and chuncks of chocolate....

is there another icecream that would go better? does chocolate go well with plums? (i have a LOT of plums, and we all love plum jelly.)

I put jam on vanilla ice cream all the time! (Usually raspberry, though).

The only thing I would add to your sundae would be whipped cream.

Sounds yummy*
I would probably heat up the jelly a tad, then pour over the vanilla ice cream, adding a few choc.chunks (as choc pretty much goes with anything lol)

You could perhaps make plum pie, and have the vanilla ice cream with that also* drizzled with some choc.*~ mmmm

I personally love plums also* Plum jam, plum pudding, plum crumble*

sometimes chocoate works sometimes it doesn't. it depends on what kind of chocoalte. if its milk chocolate, its gonna be sweeter, so if youre going with something sweet and yummy, do milk chocolate. If you are using dark chocolate, its more for adults, because its more cacoa and less sugar, so it may taste a bit strong for younger children. otherwise, sounds great!!!
