Im not drastically cutting calories.. but i ussualy intake about 2,200 calories a day or a little less (which is healthy, at my 5'5 160 pounds) if i cut out about 500 calories from my diet everyday without exersice will i loose weight..its not a temporary diet its more of a lifestyle change.

yes indeed, cutting 500 calories will indeed cause weight loss, just be aware it will be a slow process, like maybe a pound or so every other week. Good for you to want to make a healthy lifestyle change.

I won't really recommend it because even if you are eating less you still need to lose some calories so the calories don't stack up on your body and they become fat that turns into pounds.

Exercise is so important to lose weight. Cutting calories may help but it will be temporary. You need to eat healthy and include exercise
