FIRST OF ALL I HAVE A QUESTION.
WHAT COLOUR IS SHE?
THERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU CAN DO.
#1 DON'T REFER TO ANYONE AS COLOURED
#2 FIND OUT IF SHE IS ALLOWED TO SEE BOYS AT AGE 16
#3 ALWAYS BE A GENTLEMAN AND INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO HER PARENTS
#4 HOPE SHE HAS FEELINGS FOR YOU
#5 ENJOY EACH OTHERS FRIENDSHIP

First of all, coming from a biracial woman, it shouldn't matter that she is African American and that you are Caucasian. And if you feel attracted to this girl, try to ask her out! The worst thing that can happen is that she can say no. Give it a try..

First of all it's BLACK not 'coloured'. And secondly, why does it matter what skin colour you both have? :/ Just strike up conversation with her and go from there - she's not just going to fall in love with you without getting to know you first.

First off: it's Black, not coloured, so let's get that straight now. Second, talk to the girl. Get to know her, and refrain from calling Black people colored, it pisses us off.

I dont get what you're trying to say.
I'm colored and I prefer white guys over colored guys, y'know.
There is nothing wrong with it.
But you have to make sure that she likes you because for some reason people seem to date mostly only their race [ i hate that ]
TAKE A CHANCE. Ask her out.
