This seems like a stupid question so forgive me, but where is your waistline?? im so confused and people are saying things like your "natural bend" but i also cant figure that out..haha sorry, but can someone help me?

According by my-calorie-counter you should measure your waist line about two inches above your hip bone. Feel for the uppermost part of of your hip or illiac crest on the side of your body below the rib cage. your waist line is about 2 inches up from this point. They also say the most important part if monitering your measurements for weight loss is to measure the same place every time, preferably with the same tape measure.

I think your belt line is your waist. Your hips are the widest part, or at the greater trochanter of the femur (the socket joint of your leg bone). I hope I'm not wrong. If I am, I guess I just waisted your time.

I think it is like your natural bend because when you try bending down the joint under your belly is your waist.

an old fashioned answere is mine
i wear old fashioned pants that end on my waist which just happens to be in line with my belly button
the waist is also said to be the smallest measurement around your tummy

the waist is the area where you bend naturally-the smallest part of your middle-unfortunately,mine got lost as i got older!!!lol!

in the middle below your breasts but above your belly button. un fortunatly some don have one but other do, this usually where the term hourglass figure comes in.
