I don't mean to rain on your parade, but Christians were persecuted long before you were ever born. So what he said was true with or without anyone calling you a fool for your beliefs.

Many years ago there was a church revival service held where the Minister was deeply dishartened. Only one small boy had come to Jesus.
That boy was Billy Graham.
1st Peter 2:20 You don't gain anything by being punished for some wrong you have done. But God will bless you, if you have to suffer for doing something good.
If the slings and arrows of this forum have you down - remember... you do not know what soul saw your question - or answer and was given hope... or made to begin seeking Christ... you simply do not know the ripples in the pond from the messages you dropped...

Remember only God can judge you. Could you imagine not knowing Christ at the time of his coming? When that occurs many will be left behind and the 7 year tribulation will begin and being a believer in God and his son Jesus at that time marks you for death unless you take the mark of the beast. If you choose death before the beast will be in heaven with Jesus!

I'm not Christian but I know God. There is more to life than the one path. You are no fool. Why allow yourself to be persecuted or is it just that people having different ideas from your own feels like persecution? You should try being a witch!

I didn't call you a fool. I think the fools are the ones who have to disrespect others for their opinions and beliefs.
