I have many reports against him, vandalism, harrasment, threatening, etc. Police say, did you see him? It doesnt matter cause I dont know where he is to put a restraining order against him. (the judge told me) I bought security cams and vcr to hopfully 'catch' him for the police. Shouldnt they be more concerned? I even relocated to hide from him and he Still found me again. I, myself, am not worried but I have children and a husband that is away for a few months. ( plus he has vandalised 3 of my vehicle, yes police were notified ) What are my options, how can I stop him?! Please help too many years this has went on.

I dont think I gave enough details. I know who it is, my ex from 3.5 years ago. I own a gun and have a pitbull. The problem is, he doesnt show. He does things late nights. His online nick always has a diff. name than his own. His return addy is always an old one of mine. My husband cant come home, he is currently defending our country overseas, although he'll be home soon.

Give the cameras to the neighbors. Let them put them up on their property. Pay for it. He's looking for YOUR defenses, not theirs. Make sure it's well hidden.

The police need proof ..... that is sure and their hands are tied. How does he threaten.though.

If possible your husband should figure out how to be home even if it means less money..... the family is at risk. 3 vehicles sounds like an ex of some sort as a stalker is not going to keep this up for years as there is no payoff.

Legally you really have no recourse. Answer people will slay me for the next part but with 20 years Army I can have an opinion. Get a gun..... a shotgun, There may be legal issues if it comes to it but at least your children are safe.

Move to another country, state somewhere really far away. DONT TELL ANYONE YOUR MOVING UNTIL THE LAST SECOND OR TELL PEOPLE SECRETLY. AND TELL THOSE PEOPLE TO NOT TELL ANYONE ELSE. That way the "Stalker" is not notified of this happening. try to get away from where you are now as possibly as you can. And as secretly as you can.
