I was wondering is there a site where you can make moving pictures.. I have Adobe Photoshop but i don't think that will work... I tried www.gickr.com it doesnt work for me... Can anyone help?

I think you talk about flash. For this you need Adobe Flash CS3.

There is a software you can buy called maya, I never used it but came accross it when I was trying to get info on similar subject.

Lunapic can do them. And if you want a software, get GIMP and the animation pack along with it.
