I took and extra dose yesterday and I seem to have felt pretty good. Has anyone ever doubled up or taken one now and maybe half of one later?

if you wish to increase your dose of wellbutrin you need to consult the doctor that ordered them for you. It could be you need a higher dose. Just be aware that if you take a dose later in the day you may end up with difficulty sleeping.

You should only take a medication the way a doctor orders it. You should report this to your doctor, and perhaps he will increase your dose. I wouldn't ever double up on a medication without consulting the ordering physician. Better to be safe than sorry.

Don't screw around with an extra now and then. Antidepressants aren't 'as needed' meds. That's apt to ultimately mess up your brain circuitry and mood - more dopamine, less dopamine, more, less, aaaak, what's a confused brain to do? Talk to your doc about a dose increase if you need it.

Talk to your doc and let him/her know that you think you may need to increase your dose of medication. Don't play around with your brain.
