It was called "Bizim Kulturel Zenginliklerimiz" (Our Culturel Richness) on June 10, 2004 on TRT3. The group called "Kardes Turkuler" sang a song name "Mirkut".

Kardes Turkuler means Turkish brothers, in Turkish and I can't find out what mirkut means, but it sounds more Turkish than Kurdish. The name of the programme was definitely in Turkish. Unlike Welsh TV, which from the start was in in Welsh.
