Sorry, if you're reading this. I just need to get it off of my chest. Today as I was driving home, I noticed a little dog (without a leash on) standing with it's dumbask owners on the median of a 8 lane street. Then all of a sudden I just see the dog yelping and this stopped car. And that poor dog didn't know any better. God bless the doggy.

I am so sorry to hear of this. Poor, poor puppy. Poor you for having to see such a thing. What idiots for owners. May they never own another pet - EVER.
I will keep the pup & you in our prayers. I don't blame you for wanting to write about this...you too need support.

I hate stupid ppl!!!
this poor dog! If ppl dont know how to care for an animal, they should NOT have one.
Who would do this? What was going on in their brain? I mean seriously!!
I hope the poor dog is ok :-(
Sorry you had to see that. I can tell you an animal lover and witnessing animal neglect is never easy....
but there was nothing you could have done.....

now that is what you call an irresponsible owner. That out rages me why people don't just keep leads on there dog especially near a busy road even if they are trained.
