when i look at the hispanic news i see the Mexican president encouraging people to enter the U.S illegaly instead of asking them to stay and creating more jobs&better wages so they won't have to risk their lifes crossing the border illegaly.

I am mexican, and I agree with you. But they do not have to say anything to the people. They just step over them enough and keep them poor enough that the people have no choice The people come because they are hungry and looking for something better... However, the american government also attacts these individuals. So both governments are benefiting thus allowing this situation to occur. The people who cross the border should be the last to blame. They are only looking out for their families. Anyone who finds themselves and their family in the same poor situation and does not do everything in their power to bring a better future for their family is a bum.

They are too a large part responsible, Yes. They believe that by providing a way for their people to come to the US that they will benefit by the return of money that comes back into Mexico. Outside of drug money, the funds funneling back into Mexico from the "illegal" is their next largest source of income.
There have been repeated attempts to develop companies in Mexico, a lot of them along the border, but to my knowledge they have not had a lot of success. Of course they are probably owned by some party hack who siphons off the profits for himself and the company goes bankrupt.
I still am in favor of building the fence, of providing enough trained Border Patrol to man the fence and then put in prison all employers who hire illegals until the jobs dry up and the employer is forced to hire US citizens to do the jobs. I know we can't find people to do the jobs that the illegals are doing. I know that there are people who want to work in the building industry but can not support a family on the wages that the illegals get paid. America needs to get pass the "ME" generation thought of what is in it for me and think about what is in it for the good old USA.

The Mexican Government shares the blame equally with our own Government as they are not enforcing the immigration laws that are already on the books.

Our Government should be demanding and encouraging that Mexico upgrade the education and lives of their citizens instead of sending them here to earn money to send back to Mexico.

Yes every one in Mexico can aplly for a visa, those that can get one are the people that Mexico dont want to leave. they have jobs education and contribute to the economy of Mexico ( Tax Peso's)
Those that cant are told to swim. I agree. The Mexican government is like a parent who doesn't want to take care of its own kids so it sends the kids to the neighbor's house to eat its food, and in general use up its resources. As I have said before, Mexico is NOT poor!!! Why can't liberals get that throught their thick skulls!!! If liberals love the M-13 gang members and those who killed the three black kids execution style btw, then I say lets let the liberals take them into their own homes and babysit them. Better yet, let them adopt them.
