1. she should be deported illegal is illegal i don't care if she smart if she was so smart she can come here legally.
2. just cuz she gets good grades doesn't necessarily make her educated if she were educated she should have known she would possibly get in trouble for coming here illegally and eating off of our system
3. it changes alot if people would just open their eyes they would see that it's not just **** jobs that they are getting they are getting great jobs if they find an employer that is going to hire illegals or doesn't check s.s.n

1. By law, she should be deported. But I feel she shouldn't have. It is mean spirited to cut someone's dreams short.
2. It means that human beings like to stereotype. All southerners are rednecks, all blacks are lazy and criminals, all hispanics are mexican and illegal.
3. Her parents are doing jobs Americans do not want. She is the daughter, her parents want something better and it looks as if she was right on track.
4. No, will hospitals ever be liable for helping undocumented? The government should be held liable.
I am in a similar situation. However I do not ask for legalization or cry out for help, not my thing. What makes me really upset is that why would the US help me go from kindergarden through highschool and then interfer when I want to go to college.
I believe there should be a law to prohibit kids who were brought by their parents when young, like me, from going to school, at any level. Of course you will say well blame your parents, I did believe me, I dont even live with them anymore, but then what? I say to American, cut all of your help to us illegals. No hospitals, no education of any kind. Stop pampering us and we will go back. And in the end, individuals like me, will not find ourselves in this situation.
I currently live in Mexico City and I am attending college here... It is funny that I have to take spanish classes hahaha but oh well. A better future is ahead.

I worked in a admissions office at a state univ and students who were not born in this country without a green card or other documents that gave them a right to be here had to provide financial documents to show that they could support them selves here. The kicker is that if you said you were born in the USA, and you attended a school in this country, no documentation was required. I live in Miami, and I am certain that many children that are here illegally lied and said they were born here, and received instate intuition. I think that all from the workplace to the collages should demand that those that are hired or receive higher education should have to prove they are here legally It is the right of the USA citizens to set our immigration polices, not the illegals no matter how bright, how hard working or well intended.

In the interest of brevity, allow me to be succinct: deport her now. One person's education does not make up for the masses of uneducated or impossible to educate. Grades don't always equate to a great job. Colleges should be held accountable just like an employer. She is entitled to none of the above, aside from deportation, she is illegal.

Neither he or his spouse Moochelle paid a nickel for his or her college stages for obtrusive motives, and that they went to important greenback colleges (Ivy League). They the two used the equipment to their benefit so thet think of illegals additionally should get unfastened college. As accepted this is purely the midsection type which could pay outrageous training costs to bypass to varsity and be in debt for 30 years with student loans.

I think undocumented that would be an asset to society should stay (that includes anyone that can get great grades and a degree). No, the college should not be held liable. They are dedicated to learning. There are several colleges where it isn't even a requirement.
