Anyone have problems with this? My new Microsoft Package will only install if I update to SP2. I never updated to it because I heard people were having problems with it. Just wondering if the kinks have been worked out and it's a good idea for me to update.

Update, SP2 is great compared with other OSs from Microsoft (namely Vista).

All the kinks with SP2 were worked out quite a long time ago. You're safe in allowing the upgrade, and it's best if you do so as soon as possible.
If you have any issues with any applications after you upgrade, be sure to check with that application's manufacturer site for any updates.

I've had SP2 since it came out and never had one iota of a problem or issue with it.
If you got that info, it's probably a very old opinion by now.
Sign up for and get ALL the Microsoft updates through their update utility. Here's the link:

I didn't have any problems with XP Service Pack 2. Just go ahead and download it from the microsoft website.

attempt this anti virus application : Avira antivir secret agent ware removal : Spywareterminator Browser : Avant basically google them!! they are loose & they artwork!! you mustn't have anymore issues!! solid success!!!
