It's called "chicken skin" - yuck I know - but I have them too. It is hereditary. The only way I have found to "clear" them up is to exfoliate them using a loofah sponge/rough wash cloth with regular dial soap (no moisturizing bars) then use Cetaphil cream/lotion on them after your bath/shower. Moisturize your arms at least 2 times a day. The tanner helps too but you have to be careful about that for obvious reasons. As you get older, they will start going away. No quick fixes for these little bumps I am sorry to say. But, try what I suggested, if you want, and HOPEFULLY you will see a difference in about a week or two. Good Luck!

properly, how long have you ever had them? while did they commence? they could be lots of issues, that's why that's ultimate to speak to a dermatologist. some possibly opportunities: they could be an allergic reaction to some thing. did you commence applying a sparkling physique lotion? purchase a sparkling shirt? substitute your eating habitual? something like that (and a million different issues) might reason your pores and skin to react in obnoxious techniques. they could be pimples, that can take place everywhere on your physique, no longer in user-friendly terms your face. have you ever tried washing them with an pimples purifier? maximum significant skincare manufacturers have such products and you gets them interior the comparable aisle as your face purifier. they could be a submit-virus rash. have you ever had a sore throat or something at present? often times, after your physique recovers from an endemic, you will get a extraordinary rash. that's oftentimes on your abdomen and returned, yet can unfold on your hands and legs. if that's this, it sounds somewhat terrifying yet certainly won't harm you in any respect, even though it may take six to eight weeks to pass away, which fairly sucks for the time of bathing healthful season.

You really need to read "Banish My Bumps" by Angela Steinberg (also available in electronic format here: http://www.banishbumps.com ). It's about how to permanently cure your Keratosis Pilaris naturally. I was able to clear my skin in only 7 days after reading this.

Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

Wow, most of these answers are completely retarded. The condition is known as Keratosis Pilaris aka "Chicken Skin" and the majority of people have it (with each case varying in the degree of severity).

Go to a doctor or something. Maybe you have allergies or some dangerous skin condition. Idk, just go see a doctor and he'll give you some cream or whatever.
