Also pain in my inner thigh. Could it be a pinched nerve? I have never had any back or leg issues. I can stand and walk around but it hurts to bend over and sit for a long time. It is just a constant dull sort of pain in that hip and thigh. I'm thinking i'm going to make an appt at the Chiropractor but don't know if they can help.

I did the same thing last year, the source of the pain was in my back, try heat or cold packs for the pain(whichever works) and see a healthcare specialistic.

Definitely make an appointment to see your chiropractor. They are specialists with spinal problems and also with any joint problems such as your hip. Try to get into the chiropractors office as soon as possible. Until you see the doctor place an ice pack on your hip area for fifteen minutes, several times a day. I would also place an ice pack on your low back as this could be the source of the problem.

I'm a chiropractor and this is a problem i see everyday in the office, i am sure your local chiropractor will be able to help you. Sounds like you have sciatica.
