Hungry on Adipex?

On the first day, or the second day, am I supposed to have no hunger? I took it yesterday, hungry. Today, hungry. Why?

Adipex is supposed to decrease your hunger, not make it non-existant. However, since you have not noticed any decrease in your hunger, please call your doctor tomorrow and let him know. He might want to increase the dosage. Do not increase it on your own!
