There is really no pilll for loosing 10-15 pounds that fast it takes some time.... pills can do damage to the body especially when it is for weight loss. It is recommended to keep taking vitamins, watch what you eat (fatty oily substances) EXERCISE is the top key (cardio for about 20min, and jog or run on tredmill/ or just walk around the mall for about 45 min.. you can do this for at least 3-5 days a week) and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!

You might see lots of adverts promising this, but the only way to actually lose this weight is to eat less and exercise more. You could realistically do it within two - three weeks if you cut all fats and sugars out of you diet (including drinks and cooking fat/sauces).
Drink some hot water and lemon juice first thing in the morning - as this gets your metabolism going (and starts burning fat) and drink plenty of water during the day.
After 3 - 4 weeks, if you don't lose the weight, at least you'll have a really good complexion.......

A good diet, drinking LOTS of water and LOTS of excercise is the only way to lose weight. 10-15 pounds in 3-4 weeks is not healthy anyway. Two pounds of weight loss a week is considered pushing the envelope.

although one-a-day has a weight loss vitamin pill, it didn't help me at all. also, that's too much weight in too short a time to lose safely. 8-10 pounds would be better. the only way to safely and effectively lose weight is through diet and exercise.

there is no vitamin that will help you do that in such a short period of time. i actually run health and wellness company that sells dietary suppliments and unless you get something that will completelly ruin your body, nothing organic will help you do that. i would say its reasonable to loose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. that would make it about 2.5pounds a week wich is ok. you body can handle that. but you would need to work out 6 days a week and watch your diet. for anyone who uses my products i would suggest cla500 which increases the burn of fat and your musles continue to work for about 5 hours after you are done working out, as well as carb blocker which literally blocks carbs for up to 50% while you eat. all of these are availiable on the site below. if you need more info please email me. but dont get anything artificial. there is no easy remedy for weightloss. http://ctilokee.qhealthbeauty.com

too much too short of time best chance is drink lots of water and exercise as much as you can safely,but to safely lose 10-15 pounds is unlikely,watch your diet too, better just to accept yourself work on your weakneses your freinds family love you anyway if you truly need to lose weight take a long term approach youll be happier healthier and long term results.
