Know Any Cures For It

Antihistamines and nasal spray only treat the symptoms and help you feel better temporarily. They do nothing to cure hayfever. The only cure I know about is allergy desensitation shots. First the allergist tests you to see exactly what you are allergic to. Then they make an allergy serum which is a tiny fraction of the things to which you are allergic. You get two or three shots a week for two-five years. They slowly build up the dosage until it is the amount you would normally encounter in the environment. After that it is shots twice a month and finally once per month. I had a series of allergy shots lasting nine years. I used to be housebound this time of year. Now I don't have any problem and I don't even need antihistamines. It has been over five years since I discontinued the shots and my hayfever is still gone.
Local honey does not work for everyone. I, personally, am allergic to honey.

hay fever is one of the easiest thing to cure, but it takes perseverance...
take one odourless garlic tablet once a day.
put local(meaning some from a radius of 20 miles from your home) honey in your tea or coffee or on toast everyday.
after one year you will never suffer with hay fever again.
promise !!!
the local honey is available from local farm shops.
good luck
