Why do the followers of Islam....?

Advocate murdering innocent people? I've heard it said that "Islam is a religion of peace", yet in virtually every part of the world there are daily acts of terror committed by people that claim to be devout muslims. These attacks are generally against innocent civilians and seem to have no purpose other than to cause chaos and misery. Why don't these people just leave the rest of the world alone and stop killing? In the latest Bin Laden tape, he accuses the U.S. of killing more muslims than anyone, but muslims kill far more muslims than everyone else put together. The U.S. and Israel are just trying to stem the tide of slaughter coming from these people.

It is my observation that islam has a very long history of violence, intolerance, hatred, deception and deceit. On one hand, it declares that it is all about "peace" while on the other hand commanding its followers to murder Jews and Christians wherever they find them. Discussion, questioning and criticism is almost always harshly or fatally dealt with.

It is my belief that islam is the greatest single threat that mankind has ever had to face.

Please pray for muslims that they might find the love and mercy of the one true God, and obtain salvation of their eternal souls thru His Son, Jesus.

The Muslims are killing each other mainly because of the stupid rift that occurred over 1400 years ago after Prophet Muhammad((PBUH*) died. It is also for political reasons. The Shia think Ali was supposed to be the next Caliph of Arabia and that ALLAH(SWT) made a mistake(Astaghfirullah) and went to the wrong person. The Shia think that Ali was supposed to be the final Prophet not Muhammad(PBUH*). Violence and terrorism are both huge sins in Islam and ALLAH(SWT) is not a "false" God. That is blaspheme. Christians worship the Creation and Jews and Muslims worship the Creator. Anyway it doesn't help that the USA presence in the Middle East as well as backing Israel with Nukes and money is creating all the tension buildup in the Middle East. If the USA would get out and stay out of foreign country affairs and quit supporting Israel the USA would be more better then it is now. The USA is the main reason that there is so much killing between Shia and Sunni in Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't forget that the USA helped the Taliban back when the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. The CIA trained the Taliban. Islam comes from the Arabic word Salaam meaning Peace. Nowhere in the Qur'an does it justify killing innocent people or terrorism. The only reason the Iraqis and Taliban are fighting the USA is because the USA is in their countries. The only reason Lebanon and Palestine are fighting Israel is because Israel took Palestine and is trying to invade Lebanon. They are only defending their countries from the Invaders. Israel is the only ally of the USA in all the Middle East. By protecting Israel of course there is going to be problems in the Middle East. If the USA gets out of the Middle East and quits supporting Israel and recognizes Palestine then there won't be any problems. Don't forget that it was the FBI and CIA who trained Osama and the Taliban. They didn't train themselves.

PEOPLE think before you answer it doesn't say nothing about killing and murdering innocent civilians in the Quaran, the Quaran teaches muslims to respect other religions and not to hate people within a diffrent religion beliefs because they ain't Muslim. Certain Muslims (The minority) kill and murder people because preachers like Abu Hamza and Osama BinLaden encourage them to do so and make people think that it is other religions wrong doing by causing contoversy and wrong doing against muslims. By the American and British troops starting the war on Iraq/Terror it has aggravated the civilians of Iraq and this is being led on to the Muslims around the globe to act on this and support the civilians of Iraq who have been caught up in the war for no reason.

Oh stop yourself. I don't "advocate murdering innocent people" and neither does any Muslim i know. We are all someones daughter, son, brother, sister, mother and father too you know. 30,000 Americans are killed by handguns alone every year by other Americans on American soil not to mention strangulation, stabbings, arson etc. Do other Americans "advocate murdering these innocent people" just because they are American? No of course not so other Muslims dont advocate murdering innocent people either. Bush has killed 60,000 plus Muslims in Iraq men, women and children do you advocate that?
In Islam to kill one innocent person is like killing all of mankind this is the faith we live by. If a catholic who is a member of the IRA bombs and kills innocent people are all other catholics advocating it and supporting it? No, and its exactly the same for Muslims. I agree there are some terrorist who are Muslim and have committed acts of terror but that does not mean that it is our faith telling or teaching them to do it.

Some will advocate murder and justify it by calling it religious defense. When defending Islam one is allowed to kill. And here the word 'defense' can mean anything. For example the right to have religious freedom is threatening to Islam , and thus one may fight against this.

There is a strange irony for those who don't believe in murder. These same people believe in the concept of hell. And this hell will indeed be for innocent people. These people have such hatred within them to believe that innocent people will go to hell forever.

There may be something more threatening than guns and bombs , and that is a ideology. This is about brain washing and about inner value. For example the idea that homosexuality is a sin. This is a concept in Islam in which a large group of people are considered subhuman.

We have freedom of belief. We allow Muslims just like Hitler to believe that large groups of people are 'less'.

The radicals in Islam don't consider Westerners innocent. So it it is OK to kill them in promoting Islam.

Any Muslims that get killed in an attack are sent to Paradise in the Radical way of thinking.

These Radicals can carry out suicide bombing, they just call it martyrdom since suicide is clearly against Islam. Word games are the way Radicals do what is clearly un-Islamic.

BTW, The Qur'an teaches peace AND war with non-Muslims. That also helps Radicals.

I simply cannot believe some of these Christian folks criticizing Islam for advocating murder, when the Christian Bible has done the same exact thing for the last two thousand years, torturing and killing literally millions of people in the name of Christ. It's a problem, folks. You can't just ignore the bloody history of the Christian church and say, "well, we know better now." Given the same circumstances, it's obvious that the Christian church would do it all over again in a second. Nothing has changed.

What you see on tv, the terrorists I mean, these people are about as Muslim as the KKK members are Christian. Would you say that the philosophy of the KKK, that White is BEST, is a philosophy from God? No, it's not. Would you say that people should be segregated by race? I hope not. Would you say that non-Whites are inferior to Whites? God, I hope not. Are these ideas remotely related to Christianity? NO, THEY ARE NOT.

Terrorists have political agendas, and they use religion as an excuse to do their dirty work. This harms everyone - their victims and the victims' survivors, Muslims at large ('cause you know they're gonna get it, oh yeah!), and the non-Muslims who see this crap and become mislead to believe that terrorism = true Islam. That's about as true as KKK = true Christianity.

As for any Islamic references to killing, let me say that in Islam, murdering one person is as bad as murdering everyone on the face of the planet, and saving the life of one person is as wonderful as saving the lives of everyone on the face of the planet. See for yourself:

MURDER IS SIN IN ISLAM. TERRORISTS ARE SINNERS. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT ISLAM, THEY REPRESENT FANATICISM. Islam teaches moderation, and fanaticism is a disobedience to this teaching.

If you doubt any of this, then the solution is simple. Read the Qur'an. Rather than relying on what you hear from others about Islam, read about it yourself.

That is very true the actual report is that more muslims kill muslims than anyone else. Their own people live in fear of the radicals. Knowing that eventually they will suffer for what a few radicals do. We suffer for what our leaders do and so do they. It is a religion that should be banned.
