Israel has a plethora of aircraft at it's disposal. They can do quite fine with what they do have, without stealth bombers.

Well to answer your question Israel has about two dozen of the F-15I that can reach Iran no problem. As well as other several other f-15 models. I dont know if the F-16 though has the range to reach Iran.

As for how successful would an Israeli strike be, it is hard to say, you are dealing with multiple deeply entrenched targets.

It is likely that Israel might be able to damage the Iranian nuclear program but not destroy it.

The big question is how Iran will respond.

It would be a limited success. Most of Iran's nuclear infrastructure is buried very deeply and is spread out. I doubt Israel could destroy it. But they could delay it, at the cost of a certain number of aircraft and at the cost of having their lives made a living hell by Iran for the next 50 years.

Not a good idea. The last time they did it, global opinion went against them and has never reallly forgiven them since.

Israel has few friends as it is.

haha their planes will be wipe out.. you do know that iran have been purcahsing arm from russia. and also build their own. OH they also have long range missiles that can reach israels capital. im sure by now they have good anti-aircraft stuff that can shoot them down... if iran cant do that...

Iran will use all out missiles attack right on the capital jerusalem, then israel probably gana use nuclear attack to wipe out iranian cities... so to attack iran israel must completely wipe out all irans' nuclear facility, airports for irans aircraft and also their anti-air defenses in one go. then israel will be succesfull... which is highly unlikely as both countries will be completely obliterated, in other word "a dust bowl"

think about it both have long range missiles!!!

if israel attack iran, iran may call hezbolla, palestinians hamas or even the fatah party (they hate israel), syria, egypt, jordan to alll attck israel at the same time thus middle east to wil become a dust bowl ...

What does it matter? If they attack they have good reason and they would be justified for it. If Iran has Nuclear plants, they are going against the UN just like Saddam did and they deserve the same fate.

Israel could never defeat Iran.
Iran will wipe them out of the map. We know that Israel i sbeing supported by America always and they have more than 500 nukes.
But Iranians are great Warriors and will finish the war in 2 days. Iran is one of the most powerfull countries in the war they defeated Iraq that was being supported by all the contries. Iran can do this to most of the countries.

You are forgetting that israel has U.S. Support... the U.s. (we) could just fork over a B-2 and call it a donation.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE ISRAEL. THEY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY THAT EVEN THE UNITED STATES WILL ENVY. JUST WATCH OUT AND THESE TERRORISTS WILL BE WIPE OUT OF THE WORLD MAP.

They won't use any type of aircraft. They are going to use the OLD Jewish tactic of whining about their medical problems until Iran gives up and commits mass suicide so that they wonlt have to listen any longer.
