I have a Korean Jindo. She gave birth today to 2 newborn puppies. Her stomach is very baggy and big. Will she continue to have her puppies up to one week? She keeps on scratching the floor and spinning in circles. Is this normal for a pregnant dog? Should I be worried? Thank you in advance

You know this little and you are BREEDING?

Please take that dog to the vet and have her examined to see if there are any more puppies.

Then you need to discuss with the vet what you need to be doing to keep the mother and puppies healthy and safe. Pity you didn't do this beforehand.

The entire litter should be completely born with in 24 hours. She may still be in labor and is still in the process of whelping another pup. After all the pups have arrived you need to get her and the pups into your vets to make sure she has completely whelped all the pups.
No dog will continue to give birth over a weeks time. Thats just not the way it's done.

She needs to see a vet! Usually dogs have more than 2 puppies and there is a chance the rest are still inside, could be dead since it's been longer than 4 hours since her last one. ANYTIME a dog goes 3 or 4 hours without giving birth to another puppy, they need to go to the vet or they, or the mom, could die.
CALL THE VET NOW!

Oh and SPAY YOUR DOG- if you don't know about delivering puppies or caring for them, they will most likely die because your not responsible!

top, leaving aside how this exceeded off ...... Gestation interior the B itch is around sixty two/sixty 3 days. count style back from the mating(s) and additionally you would be waiting to estimate the due date. it extremely is the twenty fourth Feb and in case you think of she's not due until March a million, it extremely is form of quickly for her to be putting out to whelp. If she's through start up interior 40 8 hours, it is going to pass all the way down to around 98F and stay there. observe her temperature will pass DOWN, not up lol. each and every particularly situations their temperatures drop, yet pass back up back. And this implies whelping isn't impending. She won't be ingesting (plenty?) through fact she's great and there is basically no room for nutrition. furnish smaller nutrition, greater in lots of circumstances. Is she in discomfort? Pregnant bitches in lots of circumstances seem uncomfortable in the direction of the tip of their being pregnant - it extremely is not undemanding paintings carrying a load of doggies, and at this ingredient I continuously think of why in the international did I try this to you!! it could make you (or your dad!) think of two times previously you are attempting this back easily!! in reality while you're in any respect worried, touch your vet!

How many puppies was she expecting? I'd be at least a little worried until they're all whelped. She won't give birth for a week.
