More detail, I don't know what happed (probably I did something wrong), every time I turn on my desktop, it says “SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEMPRFILE" can not find it is either on the HD or on your network, I know for fact that it is on my HD and I found the folder when I click on it, an icon pops up stating access denied, and I can not open it, although I am "ADMIN"
Besides at the beginning when I turn my PC on it shows my name and underneath “locked" I click on my name goes through, and shows the sign of Windows, after awhile I can just see “TRASHCAN ICON” on my screen and nothing else, I found “SYSTEM RESOTRE” which does not work, by the way my PC give me qualify error as “ 0x81000202” bedsides there in a lock sign at the bottom of screen at the place you go the shut down you PC which shows not open, is there anyway I can fix the story on not being “admin” which is not thru and on the user info, I see myself as “ADMIN”

There are two places that you can use the system restore feature from. From within Windows, you can just type restore into the Start menu search box, and you'll immediately see System Restore at the top of the start menu:

Or you can type rstrui into the search box and hit enter. Your choice.

For best results, you should run System Restore from safe mode. If you receive an error while restoring, then use it from safe mode and it should work fine.

You can access it through the Start button All Programs > Accessories > System Tools, or by typing rstrui.exe from the Run option
