Hell exists...Jesus spoke more about hell than He did about heaven!
Being "evil" isnt what sends anyone there. We are born in sin by being related to ADAM. He sinned and therefore the whole human race is born IN SIN. So its not what we DO that is the problem, its WHO WE ARE. We are either IN ADAM or IN CHRIST.
The only way we are IN CHRIST is to believe in His death, burial and resurrection as sufficient to reconcile us to a Holy God. 1 Cor. 15:1-4
All people are born going to hell. Unless you "change your mind" and realize that God PAID the price FOR you so that you could go to heaven, you will remain on that path.
He paid a debt He didnt owe, for we who owed a debt we could not pay. "The wages of sin is DEATH"
Jesus Christ hung on a Cross to pay for YOUR sin debt. He noi longer holds your sins against you. Will you believe Him? If you do, He will place you in a living entity called the church which is His Body.
Its NOT YOUR performance that grants you heaven, but the performance of Jesus Christ. He took the one thing separating you from a Holy God and paid the price for it.

Yes, Heaven & hell are real places...and one day you'll know for yourself. It's not about you have to be bad to be there. It's about not knowing Christ as your Lord and Savior AND living that way from the point of repentence ...being sorry for your actions, asking the Lord for forgivenes and doing your heartfelt best not to do it again. Yes, we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. We all have sins that are repeated over and over - that's where we get the battle from. The battle can be internal
Hell is described as a place where there will be weeping & gnashing of teeth. (People had the opportunity to accept Christ on earth & never did for a multitude of reasons.) The imagery of it being a fiery furnance far from the presence of God... has got to be worse than we can ever imagine. I pray that as few as people as possible go there. Again, it's a personal decision one makes for himself.

Hell does exist. And you don't have to be "evil". The only reason you'd go there is if you did sins and weren't truely sorry for them. If you were, God would forgive you and bring you up to heaven (=
Like murderers, they're usually not sorry, and go to Hell.

You are confusing good / bad works with reward/punishment.
If we're not born again as Jesus said in John 3:3 , we'll end up in hell. No other way around it.
If it's true that Jeffrey Dahmer accepted Christ in prison, then he , despite the horrible crimes he commited, is in heaven. NO sin is unforgivable.
On the same account, people who are nice and do good deeds think that alone gets them to heaven. According to Jesus and the Bible, they are wrong. In Isaiah God says ' Your works are but filthy rags'
Like Jesus said , you MUST be born aagin.

When someone asks a question such as this I think of a Christian, German concentration camp guard at Auschwitz in 1944. He has a loving family who he takes to church every Sunday without fail. On this day, he is leading a family of Jews to their deaths in the gas chamber. Here's where things get confusing for me. According to the bible, all the German guard must do is accept Jesus as his savior and the son of god and ask for forgiveness of this terrible sin of multiple murders of innocent victims, and he will dwell in heaven forever when he dies after living a long and fruitful life. The innocent Jewish family, however, because they don't believe just as the German does, after having their lives cut miserably short and not allowed to bring up children have, grandchildren and enjoy the other niceties of life like the German will enjoy, will burn in hell for eternity. That's just sick man.

1) No. The concept of hell isn't even found anywhere in the Bible. In every single case, it's a mistranslation. The lake of fire in Revelation is not hell. The modern concept of hell was invented by Dante in his fictional work 'The Inferno'.
2) moot

According to most Christians as long as you don't believe in the same thing as they do it doesn't matter how good you are, you are still going to go there.

Yes, and you don't have to be evil, just reject Jesus Christ and you will go there. Jesus loved us so much , He gave His life so we could be saved. Is it too much to ask that we accept His gift?

All you need to do it to reject Jesus Christr's free gift of eternal life....and you end up there..
"God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - (Jn. 3:16)
"He that believes on me has everlasting life".- Jesus.. (Jn. 6:47)
There are 162 references to HELL in the New Testament alone, over 70 of those spoken by Jesus Himself.
" He that believes (the gospel) and is baptized SHALL BE SAVED; he that believes not SHALL BE DAMNED ". - Jesus
"So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, and shall cast them into the furnace of fire; there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth". - Jesus (Matt. 13:49)
Jesus called it a literal place of REAL torment.

Scriptures about hell:

" For the wages of sin is death, but the Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ Our Lord". - (Romans 6:23)
" When the Son of man shall come in his glory ,...he shall set the sheep on his right hand and the goats on his left; then shall the King say unto the sheep, "Come ye who are blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundations of the world. Then shall the Kings say uno the goats on the left; " Depart from me, you who are cursed, into everlastng fire prepared for the devil and his angels". - Jesus (Matt. 25:31-41)
