im new member her i want to know if i can send e-mail for some member from here and how can i send it ??

You click on the member's profile/avatar picture and then select send email. However, you can only do that if the member allows it!!

click on the member's name, a page showing their profile will open and you can see on the right-hand side if the member has set up his preferences to allow email and IM (instant messages).
You have not allowed email and IM so, unless you modify your own settings you will be able to send but will NOT be able to receive email or instant messages from other members. Go to the "My Profile" tab, then clik on "edit my info" to make the changes.

Press the name under the avatar of the member you want to send him e-mail,then you'll get his yahoo page and then press the link e-mail(his name),you'll get e-mail page.

Click on their avatar and, if they allow emails, there will be a link just to the right of their avatar and handle. I see you have chosen not to allow emails, so make sure you change this if you are hoping for a reply.
You email address will remain confidential - the message will come to you via Yahoo!Answers to the email address you specified when signing up.
