Okay, so I ran my BFs credit report and it says that he is behind on his child support.?

I know that this is not true because it come directly out of his check b4 he even see's that money. (so on top of the fact that we're trying to find a way to get his visitation order enforced) Its reporting that he's not paying. Who do we go to, to correct this mistake. We have the proof, whose going to look at it.

Well im certain that its being paid because he's in the reserves and that whole check practically goes to child suport.

I also just started working for a car dealership, we get the credit checks for free so I ran it. I brought it to his attn, but neither one of us knew what to do from there.

If the child support is going through your local child support enforcement agency, contact them and ask for a print out of what he has paid. Then you can contact company you got the credit report from to dispute their report and provide them with the record of payment. If the child support does not go through a child support enforcement agency, he will have to get copies of his pay slips to prove payment.

If boy friend is paying directly to the mother of child make sure your boy friend has documented every penny he has given her.

If you pay by check in the memo make a VERY detailed list of what the money is for.
Keep copies of checks, receipts of anything purchased.
Good record of all payments.
Make payments on time.
Do not give cash if you do then go get a money order and document on it and the money order receipt a detailed message what it is for.

If boy friend is paying directly to child support enforcement they will have a print out of all received payments BUT STILL KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS cause they can make mistakes.

A lot of this you can do through your local child support enforcement office. Just talk to them. Be confident...

You need to get a statement from child support showing that boy friend has paid all child support obligations and have it sent to all credit bureaus.

First, double check that the money is actually being deducted from his check for that. The money must go somewhere... contact the place where it is going, too ... to make sure they have records of receiving it.
If the paychecks, all the way up to the present (important!) show that money is being deducted, that is not the proof in itself. The agency that received the money must prove they received it.
I have not had this situation myself but the way I would go about it is: get records from the giving and receiving end. Send the copies to the credit bureaus (aren't there 3?) with an explanation that you need to correct this mistake.
Why is your boyfriend not handling his own credit checks, however?

The credit report should show who the debt is being reported by. Contact that party. You may also be able to have it removed by contacting the credit bureau directly. There should be instructions on how to dispute an entry on that credit bureau's web site.

child support office is where you go and get their print outs and if its true get it corrected before he gets into trouble.
