If you drop down to 100lb, that will be 15% of your body weight lost - and that is part of the medical diagnostic criteria for anorexia. You'll look too thin for your own good, you'll be plagued with health problems, and you'll probably die earlier as well.
Do you honestly want that? No? Didn't think so.
Stay as the weight you are. I'm 13 and 120lb, yet people constantly tell me I'm slim and look pretty good. I have a self-esteem problem so I constantly try to lose weight - but I've learnt that it just isn't worth it.
You're still growing. If you MUST diet, do it healthily - exercise (not too much, that's unhealthy), eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and keep your vitamin levels up by taking vitamins or something. Cod liver oil tablets would be good, too. If you don't diet healthily, you'll end up ill and will regret it - I can guarantee that now. Lose no more than 2lbs a week - any more than that is bad for you and could all too easily damage your health. Talk to your mother about it before you go and diet, she may be able to help you.
But please, don't try to lose 25lbs - you are not fat. You're my height and roughly my weight (I'm a bit lighter), and I look fine - in fact, my doctor says I'm underweight already. So if you lose weight, you'll be even MORE underweight - is that what you want? If you lose those 25lbs, you'll be unhealthily underweight (I've been there, done that) and will probably end up hospitalised. I've read accounts and reports that say if you lose 15% of your body weight, you WILL end up in hospital for long periods of time (up to 2 months in the MILDEST cases). Do you want to end up in hospital? Do you want to destroy the only body you'll ever have? Do you want to make yourself sick and unable to do sport and the things you'd normally do in everyday life? Think about it.
If you want health problems, bad skin, flaking nails, dull eyes, protruding bones, fainting, dry hair, brittle bones, insomnia, heart problems and problems with your periods, go ahead and lose those 25 pounds. Just don't come crying to Yahoo! Answers when you get sick due to excessive weight loss.
Edit: Ah, just saw your extra information thing pop up. What do you mean, ONLY 15 pounds? That's over a stone! Girl, rethink all this. If anything you should be putting weight on, not taking it off. Don't bother.

Honestly if you do a lot of healthy behaviors and your weight naturally goes down to 105, that might not be a big health problem.
Some healthy behaviors you can try that may help you go to a healthy lower weight goal-
1. Go running everyday. Use the elliptical if you don't like running.
2. Eat oatmeal in the morning, or some other whole grain, heavy/filling cereal.
3. Stay away from processed foods- basically anything that is deep fried (fries, chips), or simple sugar foods like pure candy/chocolate cake, and pop/soda.
I do all of these things, and I am 5'3 and 102lbs. I have been since I was 14 years old.
Healthy weight loss usually occurs at 2lbs/week. Sooo if you want to lose about 20 lbs, it can take 10 weeks, so aim for about 2-3 months.
If you find yourself skipping meals, eating erractically (sometimes nothing, sometimes a lot) or working out for hours everyday- you have a problem. 14 year olds are still growing- and you CANNOT crash diet- you will hurt your growing body- and can limit things that you will regret later in life- like not reach your full height potential, or realize you may want to be curvier, or have weak bones.
However, in the age of anorexic stars all over the tv and obese ppl lining the streets, I think everyone needs to make a concerted effort to look at individuals- and not be scared of weight loss or weight gain so much. Focus on healthy lifestyle. Your weight will follow.

Any time you eat more calories than you burn, the excess calories are stored as fat. So you must eat less calories and exercise to increase the calories your body is burning
If you feel weak and unable to exercise, then your diet is not including enough vitamins and minerals. Change your diet without increasing the calories.
Remember, you are 14, your body still has growing to do and will require a few extra calories to make the necessary bone and brain material, so don't go over board. Also, Most boys don't think a girl thin as Olive Oil (Pop Eyes' girlfriend) is attractive.

You're a perfect weight for your height. And you're only 14, chances are you gained that 25 pounds because you're growing. My advice to you is work on being *healthy* not on losing weight. Eat right (fruits, veggies, lean protein), watch your portions and your caloric intake, exercise, and get plenty of sleep. Do these things and you will keep yourself in a healthy range, you'll never have to worry about having a problem with your weight.
