Not advocating this, but a search did find this website.

Sounds like a test to me; a test of one's ability to believe in the power of God. It is possible this is a fraud, certainly, but there is likewise a chance it is not a fraud.
So, since faith costs nothing material I believe the Pastor Daniel Ekechukwu was healed and raised from the dead as a sign to the African community in which he lived, and by extension, to the world. If you believe in God and the Son and the Holy Spirit, as I do, then you accept that The Lord can speak anything into existence or happening. It truly is that simple.
For Pastor Daniel Ekechukwu, I say Praise God for your miracle and may you continue to be blessed by the Lord!
For his wife, Nneka, I say great is thy faithfulness in believing your husband would return, but also in praying and doing what God led you to do. You are an especially beautiful and blessed wife.

I searched for it and this is what i found:
"A Nigerian man,who was certified dead, came back to life after three days!
The man was driving out of his village when the vehicle he was travelling in crashed into a tree. The accident proved fatal. His doctors, the Funeral Director, the Mortician and many others certified that he was dead.In fact he was lying in his coffin when life returned to him. See this miracle on VCD.There will be a special screening of this miraculous happening, entitled 'Risen from the Dead', at the 'Colombo 2000', Galadari Hotel on Monday, 20th May, 2002 at 6.30 p.m.,organised by SOUL - The Seekers Of Unconditional Love.
Be there and witness a modern day miracle."

Yes for a $35.00 donation, you too can have the account of a Nigerian hyper Pentecostal Pastor, Daniel Ekechukwu, being raised from the dead.
I am a Christian and I am skeptical. Only Jesus died and rose again because he is God.

I do believe that Christ was risen from the dead to tell the story of his return. In order to receive this message into your heart you must step out there and believe. What else is there for you to bel;ieve in? The bible says to accept this for salvation. I know it sounds a bit hokey but this is what your faith is all about. Blessed is he who believes and has not seen. Is ther any thing else that we can believe on. Love is the answer. Love for Christ and belief!

Sound like just another religious hoax. There have been quite a few who have perpetuated things like that over the years as a scheme to make money off of the religious beliefs of others.

You may be referring to the evangelist Reinhart Bunky, (not sure if spelled right) who travels to Africa and during cruisade a man who was dead was brought into crusade and then brought back to life.......True Story ...../ Another is Smith Wigglesworth, and then their is Dr. Fletcher. Hope this is what you're looking for.

Anybody dead for 3 days is PERMANENTLY dead. If they say he was dead for 3 days, it's a lie. Period.
If the medical records say he was dead for 3 days, the records are phony. If witnesses say he was dead for 3days, they're mistaken or colluding liars.
It's impossible. You have to try to stick with reality. Don't be fooled by foolish shams and scams.
How can people believe such drivel?
By the way . . . doesn't it strike you as convenient that he was dead for 3 days -- the same as Jesus? Why not 3 hours or 1 day or 2 days or 4 days? This just goes to show that believers will believe anything.

I knew of one that was embalmed and someone prayed for him and he came back to life. I got this from a missionary a few years ago, but I don't remember the name of the man. I will research to see if I find anything.

Matthew 7:15‑20 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree bringeth forth bad fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth bad fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore, by their fruits ye shall know them."
