CHEESE(S)! Neither my hubby nor I like most tomato products, so salsa is out. So I do a layer of spicy refried beans, taco sauce, chips, black beans, cheddar, manchego, jalapeno jack, pickled jalapenos, and black olives, and sometimes green onion. All this in a deep dish pizza pan.
I'm making it next week for a football game and I'm craving it NOW. :)

cheese, cheese and more cheese. skip the salsa just top with some jalepenos for some spice. yummy.
