obviously you are into this guy but if you keep pressuring him about his situation then he is going to never leave her. He loves her and I think that you should give him some space eventually he will leave her when he gets tired of being treated like crap but if he does i do not think that you should date him because you may simply be the rebound girl.

Honestly honey there is nothing you can do he is mistreating you if he consistently goes between the two of you. That is just not a healthy relationship. My suggestion is to find someone who is better suited for you. Essentially someone who respects you enough to treat you like a queen. And that means just you.

well if she treats him like crap and he still with her that means he really love her .
but in my opinion he'll dump her after a while , you'll see no one can stand to be treated this way .

do u like the guy?? if so,just keep talking to him and all you can do now is be a friend. if u dont like him that way,and hes just a friend. try talking to his gf. and ask her whats up. maybe something is oing on in her life and she takes it out on her bf.
