Ok in art there is this arab kid that sits across the room from me and he sits in class starring at me all hour smileying and when i walk past him he says heyy and stuff but i just ignore it, and he waves across the room to me, he wont leave me alone what should i do or say

haha i have the same problems..alot..theres really nothing you can do about it. try telling him to stop and if he doesnt listen act like he's not there..eventually he has to stop.

school only just started right? it did here... maybe he just wants to make friends.
if he's really being a creep just act cool about it. Just be like. hey. right back but then give your attention to someone else, so he realizes he isn't a huge part of your life or anything but he'll back away a bit because he doesn't feel like he has to try to get noticed as much.
and what does him being arab have to do with it?

You should report this to your teacher or administrator so they can address the problem. This kid does sound weird. Its best to get this taken care of now before it gets out of hand.

well if it's just because he's Arab (I don't see why you needed to put that in there) then you are in need of a damn attitude adjustment. if i were you i'd still smile back. doesn't mean you're giving your heart out to him. it's called being polite. and if you don't wanna resort to that, then continue to ignore him and maybe he'll get the message.

Just tell him, say (hey that really annoys me can you stop it please) then if he keeps it up tell you teacher that he is annoying you and you are finding it hard to concentrate, with him waving at you all the time.

If all he's doing is smiling at you and saying hi that doesn't sound annoying to me.
Does it matter what nationality he is.....or is that part of your problem with him?
