I am a personal trainer and I am a believer in protein shakes. It isn't as good as the real source, such as fish, chicken, lean beef, etc. but, Its a convienient way to increase your protein intake. I like Genisoy, and even the slim fast high protein. Remember, when choosing a protein shake you body can only absorbe so much at one time, if you invest in these expensive protein supplements, you'll just end up with expensive urine! You pass it right on through. As far as Creatine... watch out. You must take in ALOT of water especially during the loading phase. Im my experiances, It has a tendancy to make you bloated and you are much more suseptible to muscle cramping! Some folks swear by it. Use your own judgement. I believe the best way to build muscle and reduce fat is a balanced diet, exercise, and a multivitimen. Best of luck!

whey concentrate is good eough that expensive isolate isnt as good exept less filling throw in some cottage cheese eggs if you want to bulk up -quit cardio -eat like a hog- even mid sleep cottage cheese binge- lift total body workouts or upper-lower splits and visualize a weight and how easy and enjoyable it is to get there. I personally put on 15 pounds 1 month, swear to god no supplements mostly muscle gain 165-180lb good luck.

I was taking it several years ago because I wanted to bulk up. It worked well but it was just too expensive, so I stopped. I never went back to it because I began taking another weight gain supplement which wasn't as expensive.
