You could try to get a housekeeping job, jobs doing yard work, deliver newspaper, walking somebody's dog, or caring for their pets when they are not home, run errands for people.

I really can't think of anything except what you're already doing; babysitting. It was great that you took the Red Cross Babysitting Course. Maybe you could help with some elderly people who need a few hours assistants once in a while. I was wondering if they mentioned older people when you took the babysitting course? It may come in handy. A lot of senior citizens need different kinds of help. Helping with a bath, fixing a small meal, doing a little housework, etc. Maybe there's something you could do. Most of them are very nice and appreciate someone to help them. Make sure you discuss the pay before you start; so they won't think you are doing it for free.

What about cleaning people's residences? It could be a regular paying job and a lot of people need and pay for the service.
Maybe lawn care? I pay a kid who's maybe 14 or 15 to cut the lawns of a few houses I own. It's a regular every other week job for him and he can set his own time (within reason).

How about odd jobs around your neighborhood? Mowing lawn, raking leaves, walking dogs, washing cars, running errands?
If you have the certification, it might be a good idea to advertise around the neighborhood and pick up some more babysitting clients.

that's about it for you. you are 13, NOT 14 yet, and you need to have working papers. as far as a 13 year old working, that's ridiculous. be a kid for as long as possible. the adult world sucks.
