Wait he is 23 years old and seeking adoption? Sorry to say he is a grown man now and I don't think anyone would wanna adopt him. He can be very sweet and smart but remember people don't really know him and besides i don't think anyone would wanna adopt a grown person. If was a teen or a baby that would've been different but he is 23.

23 years is not a teenager, for starters. Secondly, you dont want parents, you want a spouse at 23, since you're an adult starting your own life.
You dont need to be adopted, just go do whatever it is you want to do.
